Despite the site's potential, given its prominent location on Hanger Lane and Ealing, it is currently vacant and underutilised. The current building has several issues that make it outdated and operationally inefficient. Its exterior is unremarkable and fails to enhance Hanger Lane's visual appeal. Additionally, the public space around it is uninviting and offers minimal benefit to the local community.
